Oppo is expected to unveil its new Find X6 flagship series later this month, and most likely will also launch a new tablet – the Oppo Pad 2. Leakster Digital Chat Station shared schematics and some details about the upcoming tablet.
It will support a new “Smart Touch” keyboard with a built-in trackpad and kickstand. It’s not entirely clear what “smart touch” means here, and Oppo never released a first-party keyboard for the original Pad or Air, so there’s nothing to compare it to.
You can also see a stylus, which according to DCS will be a new model (OPN2201). The leaker reports that the overall experience of the Oppo Pad 2 will be more polished.
There’s also an Oppo Find X6 next to the tablet, presumably a nod to Oppo Connect, which smooths out connections between Oppo devices (as well as Windows computers). You can drag and drop files, for example, the clipboard is shared so you can copy and paste on one device to another, there’s second screen support, and more.

The Oppo Pad 2 recently appeared on Geekbench, showing off a Snapdragon 888 chipset with 8GB of RAM (the original Pad used the Snapdragon 870). There are rumors of a Dimensity 9000 version, but it is unclear if it will be launched. 3C certification shows support for 67W charging, the battery is not listed, but unofficial information claims to be 9,500mAh. The Pad 2 is expected to feature an 11.6” 144Hz 2,800 x 2,000px LCD (up from the 11” 120Hz 2,560 x 1,600px on the original Pad).
