The NEAR Foundation announced today that it has launched a Web3 Regional Center in South Korea dedicated to Web3 innovation, business development, education and talent. The center will be led by blockchain entrepreneurs Scott Lee and Ben Kang. Lee founded a Web3 startup and started advising on several projects in Korea. Kang started his career in the financial services industry and held key positions at Merrill Lynch and the Korea Stock Exchange.
