How to fix “We suspended your account” on Instagram
To fix the “We suspended your account” on Instagram, you need to disagree with the decision or submit the “My Instagram account is disabled” form.
If you have submitted an appeal form, you will need to wait a few days for a response from Instagram.
They may ask you to send a selfie of yourself with a verification code to verify your identity.
In rare cases, your account may be suspended by mistake or Instagram may experience server issues.
If Instagram goes down, you need to wait 24 to 48 hours and your account will be unsuspended.
Amendment 1: Disagree with the decision
On the “We suspend your account” page, click “Disagree with this decision.” Select “I’m not a robot”, complete the verification code, and click “Next”. Enter your phone number/email address and click “Send Confirmation”. Enter the code you received via text or email.Your Instagram account has been successfully unsuspended
Fix 2: Submit the “My Instagram account is disabled” form
Go to https://www.facebook.com/help/instagram/contact/606967319425038. Enter your full name, email, Instagram username and phone number. Describe that you were suspended by error and submit the form. Wait for Instagram to reply via email. Send a selfie of you holding the code. Email again and wait for a reply from Instagram. If successful, you will receive an email stating that your account has been unsuspended.
